Sew a Knit Top

During this workshop you will make a Friday Pattern Company Adrienne Blouse.
This is a lovely knit garment with statement sleeves.  This pattern is suitable for a confident beginner sewer or anyone who is able to sew a straight stitch and would like to learn how to sew with a knit jersey fabric.
The pattern suggests using a knit fabric, such as jersey knit fabric.

 

What you will need for this workshop:

- Between 1.50-2.5 metres depending on your dressmaking size and the width of your fabric.

You can bring along your own fabric or purchase fabric in the shop on the day of your course. All workshop attendees will  receive a 10% discount on all fabrics bought and used in the workshop.  Please also note that the workshop cost includes the cost of the pattern, which you can take home with you after the class.

To attend this workshop we would expect you to be able to do some basic sewing.  If you are unable to sew but are interested in this sewing course, please sign up to a beginner sewing course first. 

- Please bring your own packed lunch.  Tea/coffee, water & cordial will be provided throughout the day.
