Refund policy

If you purchase fabric from Sewcialising, it is non refundable once it is cut off the bolt. If damaged goods are returned, please visit us in store or email us with images of the issue and we will then advise you on how best to proceed.

Any postal costs incurred when returning damaged goods will be reimbursed and replacement goods will get sent to you at no extra cost.

Goods such as yarns, mugs or prepackaged items can be returned if unopened and in their original condition within 7 days from the goods being received by the customer for an exchange or refund. In these circumstances the customer is responsible for any associated postage costs.

We will not be responsible for items that are lost or damaged in transit.  Any refund payments will reach you via the same method of payment that the purchase was originally made with.
