Intro to Weaving Workshop

Curious about weaving but don’t know where to start? Join us for a relaxed, beginner-friendly workshop where you'll learn the basics of frame loom weaving in a fun, supportive setting. In this 2 hour hands-on workshop, you’ll learn:

• How to set up a simple frame loom
• Essential weaving techniques (plain weave, rya knots, and more) Tips for colour blending and texture play How to finish and display your piece By the end of the session, you’ll walk away with your own small woven wall hanging — and the skills to keep weaving at home! What’s Included: All tools and materials Instruction and guidance from an experienced weaver
• A relaxed, creative atmosphere (plus a cuppa and a biscuit, of course!)
