Knit & Natter York

Looking for a cosy spot in York to knit, crochet, chat, or simply unwind with like-minded makers? Join us at Sewcialising’s Knit & Natter in our lovely city-centre studio - a relaxed, welcoming get-together for confident crafters who enjoy stitching and a good natter.

Bring along whatever you’re working on, whether that’s knitting, crochet, embroidery, punch needle, or any other fibre craft, and enjoy some easygoing creative time in great company. It’s a wonderful way to meet fellow crafters and make new crafty friends right here in York.

A friendly tutor will be on hand throughout the session to offer guidance, answer questions, and help you work through any tricky bits, so you’ll never feel stuck - just supported.

If you’re brand new to crafting, don’t worry - we also run beginner knitting workshops that might be a better fit whilst you’re finding your feet.

We’re in the process of expanding our range of yarns and notions, so for now please remember to bring everything you’ll need for your project.

If there’s enough interest, we’d love to turn these sessions into a regular fixture. And of course, there will be tea, coffee, and biscuits on hand - because crafting is always better with snacks!
