Knit & Natter York

Looking for a cosy spot in York to knit, crochet, chat, or just relax with some crafty friends? Come hang out at our Sewcialising sessions in our lovely studio in York city centre, a laid-back meet-up for confident crafters who love stitching and having a good natter!

Just a heads up: our shop and studio will be open during the sessions, and these are not tutor-led workshops. So, it’s best if you’re comfortable knitting, crocheting, or working on your own projects.

If you’re new to crafting, we’ve got beginner-friendly workshops that’d be perfect for you!

No matter what you’re into, embroidery, punch needle, or any other fibre art, bring along your current project and enjoy some friendly company. It’s a great chance to meet new people and make some crafty mates here in York. 

We’re working on expanding our yarn and notions soon, but for now, please bring everything you’ll need for your crafting.

If enough people want to join, we’d love to make these get-togethers a regular thing! Oh, and don’t worry, we’ll have tea, coffee, and biscuits ready, because crafting’s way better with snacks!

Sessions are every two weeks on a Thursday morning.
