This striking rayon fabric has a deep blue background, creating a rich base for the overlay of colorful dots. These dots vary in size and are scattered throughout the design, creating a textured effect. The colors of the dots include bright shades of pink, white, turquoise, and hints of red.  This is a premium rayon fabric and sews up beautifully.
