This 80/20 cotton/polyester wadding (also known as batting) is super soft. It is made with long staple cotton, no chemicals and no bleaching.
Pre-washing is not necessary once quilted. Machine or hand wash using a mild detergent in cold water and dry flat for machine washing. It is advised to use a delicate cycle.
Up to 5% shrinkage can be expected in the first wash, using cold water. This will give your quilt the perfect antique wrinkled look.
Do not machine wash or dry before quilting.
